Bringing it back to fuel....
Mandating a mixture of gas and propane powered hybrid vehicles would double
gas mileage and cut emissions. It would also lead to development of electric
motors, which would, in turn lead to a more modular car that could spur the
development of smaller personal vehicles. They would complement scooters,
bicycles, and motorbikes.
