A while back, I saw a piece of mine in the AVA that had been reprinted from The Lumpen Times, the (now defunct?) Chicago mag. Apparently Lumpen had reprinted it from LBO without asking. I really don't mind if mags like Lumpen or AVA want to reprint my stuff, but I wish they'd ask.
