Scarcity-----Nanotechnolgy will end it

Will it fix the ozone layer and repair the Ganges and Rio Grande etc.? How about the common cold?

Will it create scarcity in the realm of militarism, racism etc.? Or will we all be able to program our "nano-fax" machines to build up our own nuclear stockpiles?
