the fact that fascists exist, and the fact that f-o-s based democracy exist only in the liberal economic framework makes it _impossible_ for f-o-s to be unfettered. dismal the laws that prohibit incitement to violent/racist behavior ? what is dismal is the lack of them and the lack of political will to criminalize racist behavior.
