HEH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I needed a laugh! I am so fuckin' steamed
still at charles! He posted on marxmail, a letter he had gotten
from someone riffing on Fidel and the grandson of the Ayatollah
Khomeini in a photo together in the People's Weekly World of
the CPUSA. I fwded. it to lbo-talk, last night. Lotsa stuff
from Iranian left that I found that showed how murderously wrongheaded
the left there (some of the left, mostly the Stalinists in the
Tudeh old line CP.) Charles, I 'm sure read no further than a
paragraph and zinged off his, "How would you know Herr Goebbels?,
" wiseass response. Offlist, I sent to a bunch of lbo-ers esp.
the ones that are still on marxmail too, like James Farmelant,
who I respect, but, think is daffy for staying where almost everyone
is a loon. Next time, I'll googlize, "Stalinist asshole." Michael
P.S. Is the doorman in my bldg. being paranoid about the laptop
alarm, " call the PIGS," ??? Or sizzlean? We're and when did
you come up with that classic?
