The paper at <http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/delivery.cfm/SSRN_ID287035_code011016670.pdf?abstractid=287035>, an update and elaboration of Sen's original thesis, does. Two points from it: 1) European male pops are depressed by the decimation of the male pop in WW2, and 2) the Persian Gulf states male pops are boosted because of migrant inflows (aside from their well-known anti-female biases).
