CB: How now , here goes, in the main how about leaving it to a proletarian , not bourgeois, international regime to establish the social network ?

Whether to link or delink is a concrete question for each country and region based on its impact in a strategy of destroying imperialism 2001 and promoting proletarian internationalism 2001. There is no stereotypical, one correct tactic for every place. Different countries and different activists are experimenting with different tactics, many and most without fullblown socialist goals, but with objectively anti-imperialist goals as they respond to imperialism's bite.

But we can make a cautionary rule of thumb, the social and political international networks established by neo-liberal imperialism are not likely to be conducive to developing anti-imperialist solidarity for fighting unities ( units that fight) against imperialism. The imperialists are more aware than we are of the potential for world revolution in the new links between working peoples of different countries and regions.
