It would have to be a loose-leaf book to facilitate the insertion of new material.

But seriously, folks, I think it's a waste of time to _blame_ x number of deaths on y party, ideology, or personality. Do I need to run this out? I thought we were all savvy leftists here. Once you establish slavery, you get surpluses. Once you get surpluses, you get progress. Eventually progress begins to feed on itself, and all that is solid melts away, etc. When all that is solid melts away, all hell breaks loose, amplified by advanced technology, but it can't be helped, and you can't go back. The question is what to do next.
