ADA suits against states struck down- what's next?

So instead of worrying about who's on the Supreme Court, concede that it's a reactionary, undemocratic institution!

Pro-choicers have largely given up popular organizing in favor of campaigning for Dems, hoping that that would mean good SC appointments. Wouldn't it be better to try to organize?
