Fidel personally? I'm guessing this is shorthand, but still, doesn't this personalize things a bit? Can there be no successful revolution without a charismatic bearded guy? How do you go about "building a real nation" in oppostion to U.S. imperialism now that there's no USSR to sell you oil cheap and buy your sugar dear?
