Kosova Redux

So Kostunica is allowing members of his government to accuse NATO
peacekeepers of arming KLA units inside southern Serbia.  And Carl Bild,
who's warning loudly that this could be the next hot-spot (a Yugoslav
soldier was killed in a fire-fight there on Saturday) is not taking any
opportunities to deny it.

No surprises re the insurgencies, mind, but some strangely contradictory
politics seems at work, from all sides.

Someone wanna have a go at making sense of it?  Or is stuff just falling
out of even the appearance of control, as the grisly past proceeds apace to
write a grisly future ...
