Sorry, but I said not a durn thing about the "experience" of the black or white inhabitants of South Africa at any point. All I commented on was their status according to the rather ridiculous criterion of having or not having ancestors who had tilled the same patch of land for a sufficient number of generations. That was rather the whole point.
