What a shitty piece of journalism. You may love or hate the PDS, but they are certainly no communists at all.
I do not know for which audience the New York Times is catering, but it looks as if labelling anything left to New Labour as 'communist' still runs as respectable journalism in some parts of the world.
Perhaps they should inform their readers that the Berlin Wall has felt and the Soviet Union has colapsed.
