The decision this week by Quebec rendering giant Sanimal Inc. to stop using dead dogs and cats in its processed pet food has many owners asking the question, are there puppies in puppy food?
The company, which uses mainly pigs and chicken in its operations, also renders about 18,200 kilos of dead cat and dog flesh a week.
