China Fascism weeds out the "unfit" from higher education

I have a book entitled "Fascism" by Roger Eatwell.  It focuses primarily on
the "multicultural" aspects of fascism and it's economic theory ("The Third
Way"; must sound familiar to Labour, eh?).  Has anyone else read it or heard
comments on it?
