The only theory which makes even minimal sense of this would be the most abject version imaginable of the principle that political line should be determined by public opinion polls. Pretty disgusting. Transfer this to the thread on racism and obviously, adding your position there to this principle and the left should begin promoting a return to Jim Crow.
