Describing the upcoming mayoral election the FT ended by saying
"The joker in this equation, however, is the emrgence of Motive-e-s, a grass-roots civic movement formed round a lcoal rap group. The local polls indicated Motive-e-s could pick up 15 per cent of the vote on the first round making their electorate likely arbiters of the second round."
Anybody know anything this group?
