Oh man, this really ticks me off. Shit, if the stuff about Jamcracker and 100 Monkeys is made up, I'm gonna be really pissed!

BTW, for anyone who read the original article, I saw an ad for a new company called 'jamcracker' (jamcracker.com) in a _New Yorker_ a couple of months back. They claim the word referred to the workers that broke up log jams in rivers full of timber. But 100Monkeys claims to have invented it. Also interesting is jamcracker.com was registered to Jamcraker in Jan 2000. Jamcracker.net and .org where registered to 100Monkeys in Oct and Dec 1999 respectively. I wonder if the Centi-Simians have tried to go after Jamcracker.Com for use of their IP?
