Unstressed, expanded non-nuclear families will be provided. They will rotate down to the Monterey Peninsula, fishing in the morning, going to the David Packard Memorial Monterey Bay Aquarium in the afternoon, picking strawberries before dusk, and scuba diving in the evening.

Afterwards they will repair to their living quarters and cook like Alice Waters:

Hamachi tartare with shaved vegetables and truffle vinaigrette

Adriatic-style fish soup

Larson Ranch pork loin with mustard and rosemary;

White beans with artichokes and chanterelles

White wine poached pear with sabayon
