E-commerce times is reporting that the Cult of the Dead Cow will use their annual appearance at Defcon as an opportunity to release "Peekabooty", a new browser system that enables users in countries with censored media to request and receive documents and Web pages that are banned in their country. They are reporting that Peekabooty uses a peer-to-peer delivery system and encryption.
