You have to understand that these guys are Wahhabites. They don't joke with their rules, which have nothing to do with mainstream Islam. They're freaked out by endless war and by the utterly intolerant beliefs with which they've been indoctrinated in Pakistani madrassas financed by the Saudis with the CIA's blessing. Within those limits, they are nice guys, not psycho or anything, according to Fisk. But Wahhabism does not allow anything like a human relationship between men and women, nor does it allow letting people who don't pray to Allah and grow beards do their thing. It specifically orders that unbelievers be made to submit or killed. As students (taliban = students) of a Wahhabite seminary, these guys are all fighting priests.
