C.I.A. Site Was Destroyed on Sept. 11

The Times article in question mentions that the agency fronting
the CIA station was in 7 World Trade Center, but does not 
specify which one.  

CNN has a list of tenants at

(The three federal agencies mentioned are the IRS, Secret 
Service, and SEC.)  Does anyone have the scoop?
