   The Serbian-American community in the 40's, along with Croatian-Americans
like the late leftist writer, Louis Adamic, used to be anchored on the left
due to large #'s of CPUSA members. In all my trawling of the net during the
NATO war and before and after, I haven't found a significant
Serbian-American left/progressive organizational presence. By no means were
there no anti-Milosevic elements here in that community, but, in my view it
wasn't situated in recognizably left opinions.

   Worth looking at is the website of the Serbian Unity Congress.

  And, recently, got added to the, "White Eagle, " list of the neo-fascists
at http://www.serbianfrontier.cjb.net/ .
If anything really, really creepy shows up, I'll let y'all know!
