Explicate please? I assumed, perhaps erroneously, that you were implying that just as it was proper to force local governments to de-segregate, it would be proper to force the Afghans to have women in government. Whereas I was stating that in my opinion conditions in Afghanistan would make that impossible. Maybe I got you wrong.
