>no it is not. it is only accepting the reality that fantasising about 'being in charge' is only fantasising. while accepting the fact that you are _not_ in charge of anything gives you something on where to stand. then you can start thinking about how to deal with the guys in charge.
Dealing with the guys in charge better include considering the possiblity that they won't always be in charge -- unless you think they are eternal, their control unchangeable.
