How do you know that? Box cutters will continue to be on sale; pilot training will continue to be available to those who can afford it; & most importantly airport workers will continue to be underpaid & thus liable to be tempted by cash offers....
Besides, if any terrorists, be they individuals or networks of individuals, are determined enough to commit suicide attacks & disciplined enough to keep plans to themselves while thwarting police infiltration, they can find *a large number of effective tactics* other than repeating what has already been done (hijacking airliners).
