Lighten up on the guy a little, Carl. Isn't your typical well-paid and bureaucratically entrenched economist still bleating about how the IMF strategies will actually reduce poverty around the world? The Wonders of the Free Market,etc. Given where he's coming from, I have to give him credit for getting any kind of a clue at all.
