since the terrorist wawe in the 90's in france we've had soldiers in combat gear walking around the city with accompanying cops to make it look legitimate. it is called 'operation vigie pirate' and since 9/11 we've seen an upgraded version called 'ovp renforcee'. does it mean they have real ammo in the famas ? france _does_ look like it has been occupied for 10 years.
