Macdonald, on why he thinks Israel [the state] must disappear from the face 
of the earth:

Australia? New Zealand? Canada? United States? Mexico? Brazil? Argentina? 
Chile? Cuba? Jamaica? Haiti? And that is without going very far back in 
history.

And there is a reason, no doubt, why you single out Israel from this rather
