Two thoughts come to mind regarding body types.  1).  When most people
worked out of doors, rich women would shield themselves from the sun to be
as pale as possible.  Once work shifted to the factories, tanned bodies
became fashionable.

2).  Poor people are more likely to be swayed by fast food commercials.
Besides, restaurants that serve healthy foods tend to cost more.

And, of course, fat people tend to earn less because of discrimination.
