i'm loathe, in my ignorant folly, to create another false dichotomy on this list, but . . . at what point is "stepping on someone's civil rights and due process" too high a price to pay? 2,000 dead? 2 dead? perhaps none dead, but threats? looking mean? please clarify. or perhaps someone with the proper calculus can enlighten us.
or we can kill them all and let god sort them out using His Due Process. now *that's* a calculus.
