So people on the Left will be forced to vote Chirac for the more moderate of the two!!!!!!!!!!!
Jospin (Socialist Party) only got 16 percent of the vote.
Hue of the Communist Party only got 3.6 percent (an all time low for the 5th Republic)
The far left got 10 percent of the vote combined.
There was a record abstention percentage of 28.5 percent!
