Charles: Could West mean that he is already producing intellectually important books, and so the insult is the implication that he doesn't ? This subtlety would of course be ignored by those birds of a feather, D'Souza, Murray and Summers.
( Would a thug like Summers know an intellectually important book if he saw one ? )
