If you can't locate all of them and want to get your hands on out-of-print books, how about writing her in care of the Poli Sci Dept at York University? (the naming convention suggests that, if she's using a york u email address, then it would probably be ewood at yorku.ca or emwood at yorku.ca. Try it and see-if you're bold and brazen like me. :) Most professors are more than happy to help you out with out-of-print books if they have a few copies around (and I don't know of any profs who don't have some or know where you can get them.)
