Actually, a not insignificant majority of US workers/citizens support unions and would join them if barriers to organizing weren't such a threat to the ability to keep one's job. The only way not to work with the bosses under capitalism is to not work for capitalist firms. Do you work in a non-capitalist firm? Is your workplace boss free?

Unions, of course, had nothing to do with bringing about the cessation of violence against workers in the US and they did it by, gasp, cooperating with some bosses and even worse, lawyers...........
