How would anarchism forbid some group from organizing production of computers in a non-capitalist mode of production? What other technologies would no longer be built -forbidden to be built?- in the anarchical post society world you intimate?

What would you do about the production and distribution of medicines when compost heaps start to do strange things to watersheds and aquifers? What would anarchists do about a cholera outbreak for example?
