Obviously, but again you completely miss the point. A factory run by a co-operative, or by anarcho-syndicalists, is still a factory operating in a capitalist social environment. It must adapt to that environment or perish. It cannot produce things for their use value and give them away to those who need them, it must produce commodities for sale. It must produce them for sale at competitive prices. Which means it must produce them using the same wasteful and destructive way as a capitalist would.

It is not the industrial system stupid, it is the economic system. You want to throw the baby out with the bath-water though. In fact I think you are even more obsessed with throwing out the baby than with throwing out the bathwater. I almost get the feeling you have a sneaking admiration for the filthy bath-water and seem inclined to hang on to that after you toss out the baby.
