Not relevant. The weather catches the very best meterologists by surprise, as well as the most seasoned outdoors types. And the weather (impossible to predict as it is) is hugely more predictable than social explosions. You are vainly attempting to pick out a selection of "good people" who are wisely preparing for the future, which will enable you to pick out the "bad people" who are hiding indoors. It won't work.
