SEOUL: Building a cross-border railway and an industrial park in North Korea topped the South's agenda for inter-Korean economic talks opening in Seoul this week, a South Korean government report said.
A five-member North Korean delegation, led by Park Chang Nyon, the first deputy chief of the National Planning Committee, arrived in Seoul on Tuesday via Beijing for the four-day meeting, the first since 2000.
The South Korean delegation was headed by Yoon Jin-shik, a vice minister of finance and economy.
