There are many phrases to describe the Turgid One's output, but "linguistic clarification" is not among them.
I must also report that I am not one of those who has "not read Negri." I am presently reading Empire. I have been reading it for two years now and I am on page 4. And I am moving at breakneck speed compared to my neighbor, who is still stuck on the first paragraph.
I hear that after the first ten pages, it's a pretty easy read.... :)
