every beat cop i see has a night-stick. i eat semi-regularly at a diner across the street from one of their styes and every one of the porkers comes into the restaurant with a night-stick as well as a gun. if you can't disarm a guy with his hands cuffed behind his back with a 3 foot piece of oak, i think you better start busing tables at the diner or do some other socially useful work.

recreational cocaine users do not apply the drug topically or subcutaneously, so they do not experience analgesia from its use.

well, since this sometimes happens, no point in starting off with slight force and escalate as needed. when in doubt, use prophylactic homicide.
