Chris Graves / Star Tribune Published Dec. 11, 2002
The death of an unarmed man who collapsed while two Minneapolis police officers tried to restrain him last month was ruled a homicide by the Hennepin County medical examiner's office Tuesday.

The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office is investigating Burns' death, said sheriff's spokeswoman Roseann Campagnoli. The investigation could last until mid-January.
