I am slowly becoming connvinced that your term "New Nazism" has much to recommend it. While your reasoning makes the choice explicit, it was slowly dawning on me beforehand the logic of that choice.
I agree Fascism in most people's minds is a nebulous concept, but everybody knows Nazi's even if the Hollywood parody. "New" is a good choice as these characters are certainly not "neo" which hints at revivalism. "New" also strongly suggests that more needs to be known.
