-Well, how about locking these folks in a room with a copy of Leopold's -Ghost? Or how about getting them to switch off "reality" TV and bone up a -bit on the causes of WWI? Or how about just getting them to take a good -look at Great Britain -- that champion arch-imperialist civilizer of the -19th century that has devolved into a wizened, aging pugilist of a nation -obsessed about "punching above its weight" and unable to provide decent -social services?
Britain, Belgium-- of course those pssant countries failed at doing it right; hell, we kicked the Brits out for doing such a bad job in this hemisphere. But we are talking about moral American imperialism, done quite differently without the Raj and with more careful hegemonic agreement through institutions like the UN, IMF, and WTO.
