An important Nepal article

Those here who are interested in news from Nepal know that in late 
November the truce ended between the revolutionaries and the government 
of the new king Gyanendra (king by virtue of the massacre of the old 
king and his entire immediate family).  The royal government imposed a 
state-of-emergency marked by rigid press censorship and mass arrests on 
November 26th, and sporadic fighting has resumed at new and higher 
levels pretty much from one end of Nepal to the other. Today Monthly 
Review put up on its website the first comment from the leadership of 
the Nepali revolutionaries to the international community since the 
events of the last week of November.
