Is this legal? Investors coulda gotten otta Enron at 10 bucks a share had they known what the Repugs knew.

An interesting coincidence is that the dates in the article match dates when WCG, Williams Communications, had big moves up on big volume. There was news but nothing I considered worthy of the action. I did take the Enron bankruptcy as good news for Williams Comm. though some analysts said otherwise. Aren't the Williams brothers also close to the Repugs?
