Another Qaeda big fish disappears

I think they genuinely just lost him due to
incompetence. MI5 and MI6 have always been grossly
incompetent, and it's only because they operate in a
climate of secrecy that they've got away with it.

This new internment law was set up mainly to arrest
this guy. Presumably if they wanted to let him off
they wouldn't have bothered passing this internment
law. They've arrested him before, but have had to let
him off due to a lack of evidence. The security
services seem to have an obsession with the guy.
