BTW, look at the rest of the Grover Furr website, Grover is still (!) in the Progressive Labor Party, has lotsa polemics there on matters such as the Hoax of the Ukranian Famine (tongue in cheek, M.P.) and, if memory serves a really long screed, 'Another View of Stalin." Michael Pugliese P.S. Good time to drop another book cite. Robbie Lieberman, who wrote on the Old Left and , "folk music, " has another newer book on the Peace Movement, Communism and anti-Communism, I perused the other day. Focuses on the post WW-II period up to the Vietnam War. She is a good lefty. For a hostile, neo-con look see, "Peace and Revolution, " by Guenter Lewy (or is it George Weigel?) published by Oxford Univ. Press. In the mode of the book by neo-con, Paul Hollander, "Political Pilgrims, " and, "Anti-Americanism, " gathers the most naive statements from pacifists and other leftists re: the former SU, PRC, Vietnam, Cuba, Kampuchea/Cambodia.
