Sorry Michael, but the USAF has no aircraft carriers and hasn't ever had any. The USN maintains its own air wing, but USAF pilots have been known to land on USN carriers from time to time - if the plane they are flying is capable of carrier landings (most if not all USAF planes are not, no tailhook and landing struts and frame are not strong enough. The lighter planes of the USAF allow them to turn tighter and accelerate faster - and carry more armament).

I've nosed around a bit for info on the mutinies, my best source of info to date has been old salty sailors who were there.
