i think he means porn spam. you know the stuff you get when you are checking out some porn sites and see an innocent link that says "click here for more pictures" and you click and it ends up exploiting an IE hole or a mailto: form to capture your email address, and then starts sending you suggestions on how to increase your bust or penis size or avail of cheap viagra or almost entirely free web cam, with a link at the bottom that says "click here to remove yourself from this list" and you click on that to remove yourself from the list because the damn almost free web cam put a charge on your spouse's credit card, but only now that you clicked on the remove link they have confirmation that you are actually reading their spam, so they can sell your email address to buddies to send you even more spam? that kind of stuff...
